Shipping to the venue

JAN. 29th – 30th

If you are planning to ship products directly to the venue, they must arrive no earlier than Thursday, January 29th (deliveries are expected to arrive between 10AM–2PM).

Loading in

JAN. 30th / 12PM–6PM

There is a loading/unloading zone along E. Illinois St., with staircase access to the venue. Paid parking is available along N. Wabash St., or we suggest using the Spot Hero app to search and pay for parking nearby.

Load-in can begin at 12PM on Friday, January 30th.

Rented fixtures will be delivered to the venue by 12PM on Friday, January 30th. Your booth will be marked with your brand name.

Loading out

FEB. 2nd / 4–7PM

You can begin breaking down your booth after 4PM on Monday, February 2nd. Early tear-down is not permitted, and may result in an additional fee.

The site must be fully cleared of vendor occupation by 7PM on Monday, February 2nd. Packing tape and dispensers will be available for preparing your boxes for shipping. Vendors are responsible for all shipping labels, Outpost does not provide label printing services.

Shipping out

FEB. 3rd / 5PM

Packaged and pre-labeled shipments will be picked up on Tuesday, February 3rd by FedEx and UPS. Shipments can be left in your booth space, with shipping labels clearly visible.

On-site ammenities

Your booth

  • Your space will have tables (with black linens) and clothing racks as requested.

  • If you chose a bistro table for your setup, a 3ft round, bar-height table will be provided with a black linen and two stools.

  • If you are along a wall, small picture-hanging nails 1.5” or shorter can be used to hang a banner (or similar) on the wall. Shelves are not permitted.

Other resources

  • Four garment steamers to be shared amongst vendors

  • Plenty of outlets along all walls and extension cords

  • WIFI connection

  • Brand new bathrooms on the main floor

  • Recycling and trash receptacles

  • Light snacks, beer, and water will be provided

Booth Space

Main Room: $3000 for 8x10 ft ($1000 deposit required)

Annex Room: $2600 for 8x10 ft ($1000 deposit required)
